I believe you can use the (F. Brass Faucet Adapter). This is the same thing as the white plastic adapter, but I found that the brass adapters will last indefinitely, where as the plastic ones, the threads with get stripped when not placed on the faucet right.

Looks like a standard size to me.... My Python came with the brass adaptor.

Do you already have a Python and it wont screw in or are you asking before you go buy one??

Yes, I already have the 50 ft python and it wont screw in. >_< Mine came with the brass adaptor as well. 2 layers of rubber. Small inner one and a big outter one. It's quite difficult to twist in. I think it's because the brass adaptor is quite bigger than my faucet aerator

I would take it to a hardware store if you're sure it wont fit.

They should be able to measure the threads and stuff to figure out what you need.

Ok... I have the same problem with the faucet in my kitchen...It has the pullout type sprayer that comes out of the faucet and I cant screw my Python in it either...... I have to run it into the bathroom to a faucet it will screw in to.

But I will remedy this soon as I will replace the kitchen faucet with one with a standard end on it....I just have to find one that my wife will agree on as she is the one who wanted the pull-out kind...but this was pre-python days so I was'nt thinking of getting one for a Python at the time :duh:

Take the piece you have in your hand along withe the end piece from the python. Tell them you need to attach the python to where the current faucet piece attaches.

If you're talking about a 1 piece unit you should be able to remove the aerator. Just pull out your faucet and unscrew it. Might be tight at first, but it should come off.

My python adaptor is hard to get it in because it has to line up perfectly. Sometimes I have to play with it a while. I can only get it in if the adaptor is seperate from the rest of the assembly. Good luck.

I have removed the aerator and it is an odd size (much bigger than the Python adaptor) I have even took both pieces to a few different hardware stores with no luck finding an adaptor.... So I am just going to get a new faucet with a seperate sprayer and standard size end to fix the issue.
