:help:I'm having a very hard time determining what sex these 2 German Blue Rams are? One is wild caught and beautiful, the other was tank raised, will they cross breed? The one that's been in longer (more colorful) is chasing the newcomer (blander one) all the time. If they are both males, then how do I make sure I get a female one next? Thanks....

those pics are huge and slow loaders..can you resize them??..
freakin dsl is taking forever to load the pics

Clean your tank!

Wow relax it's one of 6 tanks I have, took the bristlenose out and most of the snails out so they don't eat the eggs! My other tanks are spotless and some algae on the side of the walls doesn't hurt anything. Just thought I'd get some constructive advice not a lecture!:mad2: I know the sides need to be cleaned but wanted to limit the stress to the new arrival and if you wait long enough the big picture resizes itself. So relax and breathe, if you can't tell from the pics just say so.

well now..
the guys/gals may be pretty hard on you..I figured it was your qt tank and those are rarely pristine.

but in terms of waiting.....just resize and post the picture.

I waited nearly 2 minutes(an eon in pc time) and the pics never downloaded..
I know a dsl doesn't have warp drive but...I was figuring the pc might time out ;)

btw, the pic didn't resize itself.

I took a look myself. Honestly, I thought these pictures were a joke or that someone ran a fresco photoshop filter on them to deliberately make them very fuzzy. Respectfully.... do you honestly believe anyone can tell what kind of fish they are let alone what gender? You may want to retake the shots and repost something that is far more clear and visible.

from the flash, glass and a little bit of bluryness
it seems you have
first pic: male
2-3: female

cant be sure though
