Cracked Plastic Frame on 55 Gal

Hi!
I recenty purchased a used 55 gallon tank. Unfortunately, I didn't look it over very well, and I noticed that the plastic frame is cracked on 2 of the upper corners. See pics below.

Is this a problem? I was thinking I could Gorilla Glue a right angled metal bracket around these corners to maintain streuctural integrity. Do you think that would work?

I was thinking of gluing an right angled bracket to those corners, not just gluing over the crack. I can't imagine that it wouldn't be sufficiently strong.

On the other hand, replacing the frame would look nicer. Nate, you say it is easy. What does it entail? I kind of thought it might be difficult.

I did! I will post a pic of the fix tonight. I glued metal brackets on the corners, and the tank has been filled with water for about 3 weeks.
