Yeah, that's a perfect setup. I'm thinking of adding a Magnum to my 45 for water polishing, and this is how I'd set it up.

In many posts in various threads "water polishing" has been a topic.
Has anyone ever placed 100Mu or 50Mu mechanical filtration media.
I you try this please be careful as within 6 hours the media will be substantially clogged and the color of the media will be a dark brown with a light green tint.
Please note that the green tint will be from algae in your tank which is not observable.
