Are these Fertilizers good enough ?

Hi Friends !

I've ordered the following fertilizers for my plants, just wanted some advice if they're good and if they'll work fine...

1. Seachem Flourish
2. Seachem Flourish Excell

Can I just get these chemicals from a local chemical shop and use it in my aquarium ? Is it safe ? If yes, then how much do I need to add to the tank ?

I would suggest if you are new to ferts and planted tanks then you should start with seachem flourish stuff, i think its simpler for a beginner
