I'm asking questions of my fellow townies Cat, multiple heads are better than one and going off half-cocked is what often gets this town in trouble. If you think I've not been bold in asking some of my questions I'd say you're not reading my posts. I've called out some of the best players in my posts and had you played this game before you know that mafia doesn't make stabs at players like Ice and HN if they are trying to hide.


I want to see thoughts on Bob's posts and questioning of others in town. But in keeping with your desire to see questions to other townies instead...why JPap are you trying to brush off any discussion of BalaBob's posts when while he has left meaningless clues before he has also left obvious ones? Could you be afraid of what we'll unearth if we dig around in the last time this format was used?


Because being a townie sucks on day one. We're left to swing in the breeze as the mafia snicker at us behind our backs.


I agree, if you're mafia you don't go after someone you're voting for. Why waste a vote?


1)You're asking me to take your word for what you had read. I can't do that, and frankly it is funny that you'd ask me to give that benefit of the doubt when you weren't at all willing to do the same when I said the same thing about when I had earlier posted a vote tally. It seems to be a common thread here Ice, you accusing me of somthing you yourself seem to be doing.
2)Unless you've got something new to add to this how about we move on to other things in hopes of catching someone worthwhile for a change? It isn't as if either of us seem to be changing the other's mind right now and nothing is to stop us from readdressing it later.


BalaBob, blue mist sounds like a cheap cologne. Can't you spare us the icky Hai Karate days of jr. high and skip the mist this round? Unless it is going to change mafia into innocent that is.

Not at all Grins, I am saying that sometimes we often get wrapped up in the clues and forget to play the game. One in particular, the witch game, was madenss with all the possible reasons for the clues given. It definitely helped the evil team win with all the chaos over what meant what. And anyway so far Bobs clues have meant this to me:

1) Blue mist is coming, which is inevitable
2) Mafia were happy over lynch and possibly could have caused part of it...nothing new there

Maybe its just me but the clues at this point seem like a waste of time trying to dechiper.

Some of this is pre-nightfall, but still valid.



There is a pretty significant precedent for voting off annoying people. Or are you skimming my posts?

The point is that AT THE TIME, you would have been shooting for the tie.



Doesn't quite work that way. Scum doesn't want to eliminate evil that has fingered them. It's too easy for the town to find them that way. More than likely, they want to AVOID players that have fingered them.

Hitting an innocent that has been on the wrong page makes for confusion.

Well I understand the Ice vote, but I don't really know Plant. I think in the one game she was in with me she was offed early on and was innocent. I'd have to check the game to be sure but what about Plant is having you lean her as evil? After what happened last night you'll understand if I'm not real eager to jump on a bandwagon.

I agree on some of the others being neutral for me as well. Either because they've flipped back and forth between evil and innocent or because some of what I've questioned about them could have reasonable explanations even if they didn't neccessarily articulate them well. Cat, well I'm not sure of Cat's innocence and I could easily see him being the overzealous newbie being used by the mafia or I could see him as mafia and unsure how to play it his first game. For now though, there are bigger fish to fry most likely (pun intended)

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't want to focus on the Bala clues, just question them as yet another possible thing to look at. But seeing that no one seems to know or care who was evil in that game and is playing this one I'll look into it and see if that bit of ancient history makes any sense with what is happening in the here and now.

I read him hinting at it earlier but I did not get the feel that it was going to be so soon. I am not going to dig any deeper than that though, because like I said, we cant do anything about it.

Sorry JMax, I mistook your vote and run post as an evil deed. Ironically it was because I too have been busy with RL and didn't get a chance to study the thread better and come up with a better candidate.

But to Ice who was asking I had JM ranked a little higher in suspicion than JL at the time. And if JM was evil then JL most likely was innocent. Also there was still a small chance of JL's lone vote on JM being a distancing tactic as well.

I didnt like Zsandmann because he was telling me what plantling was trying to say. as if he were coaching plantling... Thats why I didnt trust him ( or plantling). maybe i overreacted and tried a little to hard to defend my innocence, but thats why he got my vote.
Since the whole town knew how he and I went around, it would make sense for the evils to put the hit on him, because everyone would think I did it.. Would be pretty obvious I think. I was the only vote for him... I'm going back to Zsands suspect list and see who is there, because if the evils weren't out to set me up, then Zsand must have been on to something...

But I didn't.

I doubt that. If anything it makes Zig look less guilty.

If I was evil, I would want ZSandmann gone, unless he was looking real evil to everyone. I would keep Ice, HN and myself around and most likely Ogre, they all make good suspects. Assuming of course none of them are evil.

If I was evil, I think of the players left, I would want plantling gone.

I would want to also keep zig and catfish around for entertainment and general kaos.

This post by CL has him moving up a few notches.

Well JP you weren't on the receiving end of those clues. We (the Witches) were floored. The clues lead very close to most if not all of us. It took some talking to get us out of trouble, as I remember it. However, that said, the clues in this game SUCK so far. There is one clue that I would like to go and look at more though in just a bit.


And Grins you don't remember killing me off day 2 of that game we were in? Was it Ice's idea? He may have been spying on me while I and the communicating innocents were IM'ing.

...The day is warming up nicely, and the humidity isn't bad. The slight overcast almost makes the distant mist blend into the horizon...though most places do not have a horizon that shifts to and fro.

Bala wonders if any of ACville's residents even notice it. He surely doubts it since some seem to be speaking gibberish with those funny dots and dashes.

It has been a while since the town had this battle to fight...he wonders if genetic effects are still lingering from times past....

What could the lingering genetic effects be? Only LG and JL were evil in the first game and LG is gone and innocent. I have been flip-flopping on JL. However JP was switched to evil at the end, I believe. So I'm wondering if at least one of those two are evil currently.

JL what do you think of JP and JP what do you think of JL?

Sorry I don't remember which game it was. Being a saltie I don't get to know some of you guys except through this game and need a reminder at times about those who were out early.

Well if Zig is mafia he isn't the only mafia and I'm doubtful more experienced players would have gone along with that idea.
