Most boring fish ever?

I have 8, and they still hide. Regarding cover that everyone keeps mentioning - there are a quite a bit more plants then when that was posted 2 months ago.
 
banjo catfish sound boring.... after all, you almost never see them once they go in.
 
My Black Ghost Knifefish. I love the fish, but I have NEVER, not once, seen him come out of his log and I've been having him for atleast 4 months. I have to drop beefheart in the logs hole just to make sure he eats. Boring and a pain to have to feed and never see.

My bleeding hearts are the same way...run and hide if I even get close to the tank... When I am not close they pretty much just sit in one spot all the time...seems each one has a favorite spot in the tank they call thier own.
 
I had a school of red eyed tetras that never came out of their hiding place behind all the plants. They were pretty, but *yawns* BORING...
 
I've got an agamyxis pectinifrons i rarely see him but that makes him quite special.Everytime i spot him i can see its beauty
