Well, I am at a loss for who to vote for. My mind is spinning with names. I'll be back in a couple hours to cast my vote, hopefully by then I'll have a better idea on who to vote for.

This could be translated to mean:

I am evil and do not want to stick my neck out. I am confused! I will jump on board the innocent with the most votes at nightfall.

I am not saying that is what it is saying, but it could be.

Does anyone have the link to the The Evil Scientists translation website? I can cut and paste it.

I am not sure if I pulled an "Ogre", there was more than 5 minutes between my switch.

I remember that post by catfish really bothering me, then kinda forgot about it. I am not sure what he is trying to even say.

Cat posted this in response to ZSandmann's questions. It was a pretty good discussion going on. It is almost ZS vs Zig and Cat, when you look at it.

I can see Cat and Zig being evil together and them wanting to hit ZS.

I retract my vote on Ice and vote to genetically test Zigman

I also do not remember seeing Cat even make any comments about ZS's death, but if you look at some of these posts, you can see that Cat was pretty sure of ZS being evil.

If Zig comes up evil, my next vote will be for Cat. If Zig is not evil, then I will most likely want to find out more about Ice and Ogre. Maybe even HN.

JL i was trying to get the point across to ZS that i thought he was trying to railroad me and i didnt like it. i didnt have a better way i could think of to get the point across but with more play time you can see that i have settled in just a little bit since then. I wanted to use the fight was between Zig and ZS. i just was trying to work both to see if i could find the evil of the two. When ZS turned out to be innocent i thought zig was the evil but when i thought about it the would make him the next one to get railroaded and that made me think twice about it.

John, a few comments/questions:

If I was evil, I would want ZSandmann gone, unless he was looking real evil to everyone. I would keep Ice, HN and myself around and most likely Ogre, they all make good suspects. Assuming of course none of them are evil.

If I was evil, I think of the players left, I would want plantling gone.

I would want to also keep zig and catfish around for entertainment and general kaos.

I keep flip flopping on how I feel about your guilt/innocence. Reading this post again I'm torn between thinking you couldn't be mafia because you just posted what you'd do, and thinking that hiding in the open and using reverse psychology have been used before. Much like has been pointed out about why Zig could be mafia and the hit stayed on ZSand to give Zig some breathing room as most would think it odd mafia would waste a vote on who they were going to hit.

Wow what a crazy game that was. I forgot most of it.I pretty much gave myself away. I think am better at playing evil than I really am. I got busted big time. Lots of crazy blue mist and vials that game. It was fun.

When I read this the first time it made me wonder if you were trying to backtrack on the earlier statement that you're a strong player (one other mafia would keep around as a suspect) and look less dangerous. I'm wondering it again.

As far as me and JP and the last game, let's say that the bala stated that one of the two of us were evil, then I would vote to test JP.

Maybe you're both mafia.

I do not think you are tame at all. Just as I do not think ZSandman is tame.

If I was evil and you were innocent, I would want to take you out. Not just this game, but in any game. There are certian players that I would keep around to arose suspicion and others that I would take out. Also, if I could turn a player, you would be high on my list of people to turn.

What kind of reactions were you enjoying after ZSand's hit?

I am curious about who I could be on a team with. I really can't think of anyone I might be on a team with.

I dont' know why I kept you off the list. Either an oversight or I didn't feel that strongly about you not being on a team with anyone because of how up and down I feel about your posts. You're chatty, you question people but don't always hit that hard. More of a jab and then on to something else.

Maybe you are a lot better player than I had previously given you credit for.

Well that throws off my thought that you could be a possible 4th with Jpap, Ogre, Zing. It doesn't make it go away though because it did just occur after some votes for Ogre and Zing and this could be a way to not have you associated with that possible team and still gives you plenty of time to vote for someone else before nightfall.

To be fair you also seem to have gone after Ogre more than anyone else. Maybe distancing, maybe not. I do retract my thought earlier that I didn't find you and JPap to be on a possible team, looking back I'm less sure on it.

I need some collective thinking from others...what are your thoughts?

But it is really not much of a question, because it was in reference to me saying -

When I am evil, I get a kick out of the termoil right after nightfall, when everyone is trying to figure out why someone got hit and how they are trying to explain it. In games past, the chat in off site forums has been my favorite part. I get a kick out of it, because I know why we hit who we hit and I like to see how people explain it.

So I was not really enjoying the reactions after ZSandmann's hit. I did note a few of them. I hope everyone did. As a town, we learn the most from the events around nightfall.

As far as the comments, I wanted to share my thoughts on one that hit home -

I am assuming that previously you had thought I was not a good player. I think I am hard to read, but I myself am unsure if I am "good" or not. I have done some pretty silly things in past games.

Good player or not, I like to play and for the most part, I like the people that play mafia. I can only think of one player who I would not want to play again. Besides that person, I would want them all to play. Most of you I would love to get to know better and would jump at the chance to socialize in person with. I did join the fantasy football thing (which before I was totally against, and had fun).

On the same note, but sorta off topic and not part of the game, I mostly post in GCC and when it comes down to it, the GCC forum is where I chit-chat with people that 1) are not in my family or 2) work for (or with me). So besides family and work, this is it. I really enjoy playing mafia and more and more like posting on some of the other GCC threads. While I like reading about fish and tanks and stuff, I would rather talk about other things. So I come here. I guess that is why I enjoy coming here. I also am, for the most part, a work-a-holic, that needs to get away once in a while.

So I am not sure if I am "good" or not. I know that when I am innocent and get hit and am out of the game, I take it as a compliment and can't wait until the next game.

I also am real proud of myself for not posting in morse code, I really have wanted to.

I changed from Ice to Zig after reviewing the posts before the last nightfall.

I also did not like the fact that Ogre was voting for Ice also.

I do not have any real strong feelings on anyone. I really thought that JM was evil and I also had strong suspicions that Lady G was. I was also okay with Zig being on the block, I just felt stronger for JM. The more I read back thru some of Zig's comments, the more I feel uneasy about him. I stated I would vote for Cat if Zig came back evil, but I am not 100% sure on that, but finding out what Zig is (or really anyone) would be helpful. Day three has always been when I have found the day the game gets interesting.

I haven't seen anything to change my mind about Jpappy and Catfish, so I'm voting for the one I find most evil.

I vote to lynch Jpappy. Tomorrow's vote will be on Cat unless someone better peaks out of the sewer.

JL- That last post seems kinda "funny" to me, though not much else from you has seemed so. I enjoy the games and getting to know people too, but that seemed more of a "get to know me so you won't suspect me" post. I could just be overly paranoid though. Oh, and as far as one person you don't want to play again, I'm here! lol

I can see Zigman being on a team with Ogre and HN or as Grins has already stated Ogre and JP. As others have already pointed out Zigman's list was very similar to Ogre's at the start of the game. And JP and HN are the ones I suspect the most on the JM train. Though I highly doubt both of them are evil.

I'm not liking at all how, all of a sudden like, two players who as far as I remember haven't said one word to each other suddenly say how I could be an evil player on two different teams.

I'm really not found of the idea that no matter what Zig turns out to be (if he's the final target), Plantling or JL can say that I'm obviously teaming with someone based on the Zig results.

Which is it guys? I can't be both.

Plantling and JohnLarson have suddenly moved to my highly suspected evil scum list.

I went back to review some of Day one happenings and review the votes, I typed this from scratch so if there are errors let me know.

Now that I suspect Jpap with a possible Ogre/Zig team it brings up new thoughts. I see that Jpap voted safely in the middle of the train on JM.

Ogre switched an early vote on Plant and moved it to Ice who had been on him pretty hard. At the time I remember being a bit uneasy about his reasoning because he'd never seem to give my thoughts much credit previously yet in switching to Ice he did. In retrospect I'm seeing where he might have jumped on the thought he could get rid of Ice.

Zig keeping his vote on Zsand and ZSand is still a nagging doubt but not enough for me ignore other aspects.

Oh, and none of the 3 voted for one another on day 1 as well.


Now that list raises my eyebrow. I know 3 innocents are there...JM, ZSand and me. Understanding the rest of the town can't be asure as I am about me at least see that he had two of the people offed night one on his most suspected list.

Great, now I'm a part of a third team. I was seriously considering moving my vote to Jpap since everyone has bailed on voting for Ice, like they always do. Grins arguments make sense.

Why don't you like the fact that I was voting for Ice? It was partially an annoyance thing, but I believe I've stated some evidence that no one has even bothered to comment on.
