i guess ill answer for jaysen..
Thats java moss, easy to grow, low light plant but grows better faster in med/high

thanks guys, and thanks bk for saving me the energy i would have used to type. in regards to lighting, i think that it is growing better in my med/low lighting than i have seen in most other high lit aquariums(just my opinion).

Gnarley tank, I especially like the contrast between the green and blue with the hints of orange/red adding an accent.

Ever consider the Ctenopoma acutirostre? Really interesting fish to watch, and it seems that all your fish are too large for it to consume. Kinda a neat little ninja predator fish but it'll get about 5" eventually. Just hangs out in the plants mostly, but still very cool.

Keep up the good work

thanx. the perch would be nice but then i wouldnt have anymore fish or shrimp... not worth the trade off. i would rather have some small celebes rainbowfish instead.

Wow, all that in just 2 months time - amazing transition!

yea I am planting my tank starting tuesday and i am hoping that mine progresses as well as his tank. I was planning on planting my 55 gal, but I think since I am picking up my 90 gal tomorrow I am going to turn my focus on that for awhile. 8-)
