Both are ahli's (sciaenochromis fryeri), both are males, females look more drab brown in color, nice looking fish.

Thank you. That's what I bought them as, or called electric blue Ahli. But, there are at least 14 sub species of those.

Most common ahli's that are being sold (at least around here) are s. fryeri likoma island, which yours look like.
