I disappeared G because I was at work and ran into a few things I needed to do... you know, for work. I left work at 4:30, came home. Let the dogs out, vacuumed, tried to nap, couldn't, changed all the garbages in the house, it's garbage night. Went to the store for a couple things, made dinner, checked here. I posted my thoughts about driver and the apology only sealed the deal for me. It was the excuses that caught my eye really... and then the apology... and I will also say also that the whole post that I noted on in the first place is classic for posting without anything to say, if not maybe just to post... yes, a lot of times the first couple of votes are incorrect... but almost every game I have been in, it's been noted on... a note I can take, and explanation... well, we've seen it all before.

I have also found that I believe yours was the one of the first defenses of driver that I was tuned to... which I find interesting in of itself as well... need more?

note... am walking away from the PC for the moment... have a few things to do...

You have no other thoughts on anyone though? Just Driver and then me cause I "defended" him?? Ok, that is what I was looking for....LOL, talk about excuses being thrown in. :)
 
So Driver, if you could be any flavor of parfait, what flavor would you be?

I'm glad to see Day 1 is finally at full steam, but I don't have any really good suspects right now. Probably the ones I am watching the most are JM and Bob. Bob isn't really all that different from his normal playing but he is always in the background so I have to look at him more closely. If JMs connection is indeed bad then that explains the lack of attention to the game but we all know how active she is so I hope to see much more from her in the remaining time. Driver bugs me with the vote for himself, the rest I can see past. And I'd also add UhOh for being flaky at best.

So: On my watching list I'd put Bob and JM, and on a leaning Mafia I'd put Driver and UhOh. On the opposite end I'd lean HN and Doomsday Innocent, just based on observations they have made so far. Both seem to be looking hard for clues even though there is not a lot yet.

For now I am reserving my vote.

DD, I do have a question for you about this post though...you said that you "disappeared because...yadda, yadda, yadda...and posted your thoughts on Driver, so are you saying you posted these thoughts before or after all your other things??

Crap. Everytime someone says something like that I get hit.

Before I forget and so that if I do survive no one can say I didn't forewarn. I'll be going out of town Friday and back Sunday. I'll have to get my vote in on Thursday and may need to place a vote Sunday without reviewing the entire thread. Yes, I'll have to "skim".

Crap it seems those pointing fingers about skimming are the ones doing it themselves. There are less than five mafia right now according to Ice. All this talk of there being possibly 5 mafia at this point is pointless.

Yeah I thought OldToes might be Bob because hey the dude has old toes and he isn't the first one to post under both a real name and an alias in mafia (this very game included). Isn't that right Cat, G...? The fact that G pointed it out herself is comical. Ice hasn't posted the final player list so anyone assuming that Bob couldn't have been OldToes etc. early in day one was missing an obvious possibility.

Gunslinger, dude you're sure worried about everyone's post counts. Whatsup? Worried that innocents won't give you enough circumstantial stuff for you to put a mafia spin on?

Driver/Cat, you're either mafia or an innocent that is going to get yourself hanged if you pull stuff like voting for yourself.

DangerDoll, I don't get the thank you for the hug message only one minute after chastising people for acting like they were trying to get invited to a Wednesday night mafia spaghetti dinner.
