That is not too much light --IMO. I have over 400watts over my 100gal. That is about 4+ watts/gal.
PS--I run two (2) HOT mags in my tank.
PSS--I have a 20lb CO2 cannister---So a 5-10 is good for you.

Thanks for all the opinions so far. I was really hoping more people would say the fluval would be good, considering I can get a Fluval 405 for $75 brand new. LoL. Guess I'll be watching for a good deal on an eheim.
Get an eheim classic and you don't ever have to worry about filtration again. The few extra bucks is worth it

:iagree: As much as I like my Rena XP2's (especially price wise), they don't compare to my eheim classic 2217. A very quiet workhorse.
