The thing about global warming is most think it means the entire Earth is climbing in temp everywhere. This is untrue as the Earth tries to balance itself. While certain areas have warmer then normal temps someplace else is going to have colder then normal temps. Global warming causes extreme weather pattern changes.
Arid places become wetter and temperate places drier. To much rain in the plains flooding crops. Not enough rain in other areas turning them into deserts.
Even when the Earth was in the Ice Age the entire Earth wasn't frozen. There will always be places people can live and grow food. We'll just have to migrate and adjust for the changes.
Also most think the Ice Age was caused by an asteroid or comet slamming in to the Earth kicking up a ton of dust that was able to block the sun. After Krakatoa blew up there was a mini ice age from all the volcanic dust thrown into the air. Past Ice Ages can't be blamed on pollution but on the number of volcanic eruptions that used to plague the world as it was growing.
Sorry Easy about the way the thread went but its actually a good way to inform both sides of the theory. As long as people stay civil. To many people just believe what they hear on the news or from others. They don't bother looking up multiple sources.
