I'm sure the LFS thought you would be keeping it in a 20g. After all, it can only grow to the size of the box, right? :wall:

That was the place where I got my 150 from. I still have that pacu, hes over 15'' now.

Here's my rescue gourami. He spent 5 years in a 5 gallon tank before I reluctantly adopted him. I was concerned that he would kill my other fish, because kissing gouramis are known to be aggressive and I knew that he'd already killed his original tankmate, another kissing gourami, but the 5 years in a tiny tank must have mellowed him.

He's turned out to be a cool fish. He's doesn't seem to even notice any of the other fish. He just hangs out in his corner by the HOB and comes to the front of the tank to beg whenever he sees me.
