I bought 2 of these at the LFS, and they were labeled "Floating Plant". Is this duckweed? They are about 3 to 4 inches across and have root like stems which are also about 3 to 4 inches. 
Can Anyone Identify this Plant?

I found a website that sells floating plants: www.catfishlogic.com and I thought it looked like water lettuce Pistia stratiodes. I'll have to look up frogbit.
