With 16 to start and 2 communicating innocents, it might be more likely that there are 3 mafia in each of the teams instead of 2 like I had thought. That would mean 6 Mafia and 8 innocents (including detective and doc) are left. It looks like we need to get a Mafia soon as there is next to no room for error.

If that is true than I am guilty of skimming the sign-up thread. I hope you are right though. The game writeup at the beginning of this thread only mentions the Det. and Doc. as being communicators. No fright intended.

well its good to have that clearified i was getting nervous there for a second. I never figured RB would really screw the townies like that but you never know.

Well who's to say BalaBob can't do what he wants without putting it in the first post?

And from memory, the games that I've played w/2 Mafia teams have included all Mafia in the count against the innocents.

Clarification please, BalaBOB.

Help the newbie, please - why is this suspicious? I know that I often read forums (not mafia ones, but still) and don't post replies. Sometimes I have nothing to say, sometimes I have no time to say what I want to say. (No, I didn't read to the end of the thread before posting this, so I'm not sure if this has already been discussed. Apologies if that is the case.)

Edit: See, Ogre had a perfectly good reason to not post - good luck taking care of everyone. I bet poor Pix has just been scared off - we thought they were suspicious for posting a lot, so to be safe, they're not posting.

Either Mafia team can win, when they outnumber the Innocents, after a night’s events.

Two things here. 1) Do you have anything more game related you would like to share with us? Like a list of suspects or other input? 2) You should never edit posts in Mafia games, instead make a second clarifying post.

I have been pretty bogged down with work today so don't have too much to post but I do want to at least comment on driver. Before night, his (or her) posts were pretty questionable and even going as far as saying something to the affect of, "oh well if you are gonna vote me out then do it" or something close to that. I don't remember exactly what it was buut it was telling me he/she was pretty much saying fine, vote me out... when it was so clear that he wasn't even in the running last night... then I get these oddball posts and they just seem to say a whole lot of nothing. A poster to post in order to keep in the game and not fall to the bottom line when vote lists are pulled? I don't know... but I definitely think it's worth looking into.
