My 125 Gallon and my rams

I do have eggs, but I dont know if they will hatch. I looked again today and noticed half of the eggs were gone. I dont think babies will happen this time but probably in the future. The tank is so big and planted I plan on just leaving the parents and fry in the tank and just letting them work it out. If worse comes to worse, I have a 10 gallon QT tank I can use for the parents and/or fry. And thanks, I hope I have babies soon.

it could be that 1mom and dad are eating eggs mine ate first clutch or they are moving there eggs mine also did this with 2nd clutch it pays to pay attention to what your fish are doing

Ill keep watching and observing. The only problem is the parents are in the back of the tank with driftwood in the way. It is hard to see them all the time. This is my first time with breeding rams so I am still learning. Thanks for the help.

it is mine to but right now i have approx 100 fry good luck with yours maybe we can share info i did post pics of eggs in ciclid forum if you want to check out

Im hoping they do keep breeding. I also have a male and female bolivian but they stay away from each other. They acted like a pair in my old 55 gallon, but as soon as they went into the 125 gallon, they stayed on opposite ends of the tank. Who knows BK, fish are wierd.

I will check it out. Good luck with your babies as well baggage. I hope I have some little ones soon, the GBRs are my favorite FW fish.
