I Have Mystery Snail Eggs/ADVICE Needed

I should have my 20 gallon going next week, and to raise the babies I have the 6.6 gallon bookshelf tank which is where the 3 adults are now, a 3 gallon Eclipse system and I also have a 6 gallon Eclipse which is what I used for my White Cloud fry.

You could raise about 8 to adulthood in a 20 gallon.

Let's see if I'm lucky enough to get them to hatch first. The 20 is going to be for the adults. If I need to I can buy a 10 gallon to raise some babies. I have one of those sponge filters that you attach to an air pump.

I have my first clutch of eggs as well. They've been floating in a tupperware in the tank for about a week now. Good luck to both of us!

fingers crossed! Just make sure you guys have a plan for any surplus snails PLEASE! It takes around a month after applying for permits to get approved. Let me know if either of you has any questions about that!

anyone know what this kind of snail is its? Its all i can get here in the middle of nowhere are they and good to keep, or do they bread like crazy, like every other snail?

If I'm lucky enough to get THAT many I would give them away as well. I don't plan on breeding Mystery Snails when the 20 gallon is completed - I just want a variety to observe. When my White Clouds spawned I had oodles of fry and did only the basics for their care so that the strongest would survive; and I will do that if I am lucky enough for some of this clutch to hatch. The female that produced this clutch is above the water line again since the light was turned off. I can't wait to see if there are more tomorrow. I'm enjoying the snail egg experience way more than I did the White Clouds. Guess I'm hooked on snails!
