Hi y'all! Long time no thread!

I was reading :read: some answers to another thread and saw that blanched kale is good, unsalted nori seaweed, and parsley are some. What about Arrugula, mustard greens, broccoli, etc? I have done none of these (yet) as I don't want to do anything that would do more harm than good.

The other part of their diet is Omega One Natural Protein Formula pellets and occasionally frozen brine shrimp.

Oh yeah I have One common or comet goldie and an oranda in 30 gal tank. Water params are: pH - 7.2 - 7.6, Ammonia - 0, Nitrates - 40, Nitites - 0

I am going to do a pwc today - and rinse filter out (of course with tank water)

Thanks!

Pam

I've fed my goldies zucchini, romain lettuce, seaweed and even sliced oranges.

some like cucumbers..mine dont but my moms do

Mine hate carrots. Broccoli too. Things they do love though, are pear, boiled eggwhites (not too often), bok choy, shelled sweet peas (their greens are great too), and watercress, which they absolutely go nuts for.
