so, you may be wondering what this is, it's called chi-gong
1. take your arms and hold them as straight as possible but NEVER bend them throughout the whole exercise or you'll obstruct the chi
2. point one hand up and the other hand down
3. squeeze as hard as you can
4. un-squeeze as hard as you can
5. repeat steps 3 and 4 about 10 times
6. switch hands
7. without bending your arms, hold them closer, then further away
8. do this to all of your friend and watch them say WOW
