Looking for something for my Ten gallon and possibly to grow out in my 100...

All depends on your lighting/co2/ferts

Some good ones are:
HC
Hairgrass
Glosso
Dwarf clover
Micro tenellus
Elatine Triandra (my favorite)
Moss (if used right)
Riccia (if used right but is the worst beautiful plant ever!!!!)

Few more (rare/expensive ones)
Utricularia graminifolia
Crypt parva
Pellia/Subwassertang

i 2nd the what Bk said and would like some of my favs

Dwarf sag and micro sword

1.3 wpg or 2.0 wpg

1.3 - marsiela minuta (spelling?) and moss would be fine

2wpg - Hairgrass, Glosso (if co2 and ferts are in check, Dwarf clover, Micro tenellus (but might not gain the bronze color), Elatine Triandra (if co2 and ferts are in check), Moss, Riccia (if co2 and ferts are in check), dwarf sag, micro sword (but its a very slow grower, only does good and fills in a foreground if its under high light/co2)

I think Dwarf clover = Marselia (now choose minuta or quadrifolia or other M. species)

I think Hemianthus got left off... HC for high light applications, HM OK w/ lower light setups - will require frequent trimming though.
