Why do so many fish find Neon Tetras so Delicious?

Why do so many fish find Neon Tetras so delicious. My florida flag fish got a taste for Neons and killed four. My Killie male checked to death on Neon tetra and now my one of or both of my Dwarf Gouramis have a taste for neons. They have picked off three black neons and two regular neons in two days. But they leave teh Endler males I have alone. The Endlers are the smallest in the tank. Makes no since to me. But I am getting sick of this.:mad2::help::wall:

what species of killifish? golden wonders are known for eating anything up to the size of a platy. they have huge mouths.
