What is this fish?

Howdy Folks, I know there are tons of these posts on ac, but what is this fish? It uses its front fins as feet. It was actually "walking" on the bottom of the tank and using the "legs" to sift through the sand. Any ideas?

Looks like some sort of sea robin/gurnard to me.

Yeah, looks like sea robins. I used to catch them while bluefishing off the jetty down at the beach. Considered kind of a "junk" fish.

LOL that's the first time I saw one too, sploke.... scared the pieces out of me... and then I was amazed at such nice finnage being on such a weird looking fish!
