The 18 watt UV Turbo twist that I purchased from them came today. I took it out of the box and promptly dropped it on the floor:wall:, breaking the glass shield on the inside :mad2:. I called them, told them what I had done and asked about ordering a replacement shield. The lady put me on hold for about 2 minutes, when she returned she told me that they would have a replacement shipped to me at no charge because of my honesty. Is that great service or what :thm:.

I love Drs Foster and Smith. Their customer service is amazing.
 
I order from them often, there customer service is excellent. IMO. B-Al's has great CS also..........:)
 
They do have exceptional customer service, there have been times I've paid more to order something from them just because I trust their service so much.
 
I had a simular experience with Dr. Foster & Smith involving a problem I was having with a UV filter I had purchased from them. I thought that I had not assembled it correctly and called customer service for advice. They told me that they thought I had a defective product and sent me a new one free of charge. After 10 months I have had no problems.
 
They are my favorite online vendor!
