They do have exceptional customer service, there have been times I've paid more to order something from them just because I trust their service so much.

It really shows how good a company is that people will pay more to order from them primarily based on the after sales support.

I have bought things from a car stereo website (Crutchfield) more than once, they are in no way the cheapest, but the customer service (and the fact I get free next day delivery) and 99% of the time they will include accessories free more than make up for it.

Yep, its hard to find negative comments re: DFS. Great service all around and worth the extra few bucks.

I just bought a API Master Kit from Fosters and Smith,Stress Coat,Ammo Lock,and new plants.I would have paid about double what is cost me from Drs Foster and Smith if I would have bought them from my LPS

Wow...that's really cool! I love them and always order pet supplies from them for all my critters. And really their prices are a lot better on a lot of stuff. Never had to deal with customer service for anything, but it's good to know they take care of their customers!!!

As promised fro my tracking email that I received from DFS my order was delivered this morning from Fed Ex at my door step.Everything was shipped perfectly. I will definitely place another order from DFS when I need to
