Liveaquaria opinions.

Hey all. Im just wondering what your experiences have been with Liveaquaria. I have had great experiences with Coral and Inverts shipped from liveaquaria but not one good experience with fish. I recently recieved an order that contained a Yellow Watchman Goby. The Goby came in TERRIBLE shape. It was missing both front fins and the top fin is totally shredded. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in the quality they have been shipping out lately. What are your experiences with them?

I've had good experiences ordering items from the Diver's Den, especially corals. As for fish, my success with fish from them has been no better or worse than from anywhere else.

Have you contacted them about your concerns? Their customer service is excellent and very easy to work with, at least I've found them to be that way.

Ya I have and I got my money back. But its more than that. Im sick of them sending out fish that are in TERRIBLE shape to begin with.

I've ordered quite a few fish and corals, and have never had any health problems with anything, maybe it is the shipping company
