If I move all of my tetras out, can I keep a juvie Sev in my 45 gallon planted tank? It also houses 1 Angel, 1 Bolivian Ram, 1 juvie Calico Pleco and 1 red whiptail catfish??????

Always get a tank first then stock accordingly. I feel your pain of wanting a particular fish. Since it is temporary at best, I would say pass on it for now.
