Good to know! thanks for that feedback.

That is funny that yours still won't eat it but the ones from me automatically do, lol, spoiled snails!

those are some seriously nice snails! I'd get some, but I am seriously leaning towards getting some more assassins... and of course, that'd make a bad, bad day for the brigs! LOL...

I have heard that, but haven't seen it. I have dozens of assassins in a 36g community tank with zebra nerites and apple snails. No issues, no casualties, no problems after a few months. I do keep them well fed though.

Received my shrimps and snails--as usual GREAT!!!! I am really enjoying the variations of coloring on the dark green shrimps--VERY glad I got some!! The bumble bee spikeys are really nice too! Thanks MSJINKZD!!!

I read the previous posting about the little bags....I like them too!! Talk about a nice ride for the snails.....!!

interesting. I have been debating on getting them for the tank that the mystery shrimp I got from you currently occupy. however, I have some olive nerites in there, and was concerned for their safety. one attractive bonus I am finding with the assassins is that, much like MTS, they like to burrow... thereby, giving you the added benefit of sifting the sand and keeping dead spots from developing. so you get a snail that is, imo, way more attractive than mts snails, with similar benefits.

it is either them, or some of your light footed purple brigs... ah... decisions...

I don't keep the assassins with the olives or c. corona, the larger olives may be ok. The zebras are a good bit larger (almost nickel sized) whereas alot of hte olives are dime sized or smaller. That could be a crap shoot but I still think they will go for the most readily available and easy food source so its possible it could work.

I may just move away from the olives anyway... I am absolutely fascinated with assassins at the moment. if only the 6 I have now breed at some point, that would be too sweet. mine are eating (I presume, as I have not witnessed it, personally) pond snails at the moment.
