Why is my snail carrying balloons?

They seem fine to me. My guess is they were creating bubbles and it got trapped in their slime trail.lol

LOL! They do look like a cluster of little balloons! I'd say Lup is most likely right.

That is definately slime bubbles, lol. You will see that alot too after a water change, lots of little bubbles of slime everywhere.
