can someone please ID this plant?

What is the tall growing plant on the sides? I am wanting the same or similar plant that will grow tall and create some coverage for my fish. Is this a plant that needs more than average lighting, ferts, etc?



BTW, this is Afrocichlids tank, hope he doesn't mind me using it as an example

BTW, my lighting is about 100w on a 125 gal. Temp about 82F. and GH around 12, not sure about KH.

Onion plant is another low demand plant that grows tall.

If u want other plants like jungle vals that grows tall i recommend Vllisneria spiralis.
