ok I give up...
What are we supposed to do with the giant like 2 pound blood worm popsicles they sell at the LFS? I mean ya cant break the stuff with out a hammer, and its too big to feed all at once.. so what do you do with it?

i am getting tired of using 6-8 of the little cubes every day...

tanks!

it is easy enough to break off chunks with your fingers I buy one every couple of months or break it up with a hammer and put it in gallon ziplock bag.

if you use a pair of plyers you can break off pieces easy enough but also what they said about breaking it up an puttin it in zip bags

I just break it up by smacking it on the fridge door. Just make sure that it doesn't thaw a tiny bit then re-freeze, or you'll end up with a solid block again. I thaw it out in little chunks in little "bathroom" cups, then if I don't use it all up, I can put the cup in the fridge for the next feeding.

i have used "novelty" icecube trays.. barely melted slab in fridge over said tray and returned to freezer.. then pop them loose in zipbag an be happy

bite a piece off and spit it in the tank.. problem solved :)

Now why didnt I think of that? Ingenuity at its best!

Oh, there's also a brand that sells bulk frozen foods in cube form. It doesn't say anything about sterilization methods, but then again, only Hikari says that... You could probably find them through another vendor for cheaper.

Anyone else use these?

Hit it with a nice rub and slap it on the grill for a couple minutes per side. Serve on buns. Mmmmm.

The berbeque sauce keeps clouding up the water?!?
