Hi all. Just joined the club.
I see alot of familiar names here that I seen on some other MFK forum.
Not sure of the difference between the two.
But Hi anyway.

I have a 300g Glasscages tank and thus my questions here will pertain to that. As well as other things.
It will be stocked with Central and South American cichlids.
I know a bit about them, so my fish questions will be few,for now.
But I am new to the world of large tanks.

Well, I have had my share of tanks from 29g to 180g. And just about everything in-between.
But this 300g has introduced me to a whole new world of stuff.
Multiple heaters, lot's of lighting,overbuilt stands and canister filters.

My future journey includes Titanium Heaters,HO lighting and sumps.

Start small and cheap,ask a LOT OF questions and then go for the gold.

I am still stuck at cheap. The biggest punch was the Eheim 2262 and media to fill it. I paid more for that filter and media than I paid for my TANK.:shakehead: But it does a wonderful job. No question.
