So you're trying to say that maelstrom's vote makes sense to you? I understand that there's nothing to base your vote on, but what I don't understand is why he/she decided to place an early vote and why he/she choose DD, which they have not addressed yet. If they would have said "So and so did this and that's why I am voting for them" we would't be in this situation. Not everyone would have agreed with the reasoning but at least it would be there. Instead they said that they have little to go on but are voting for DD anyways...I think most of us want to know what that "little" bit of info is...

I made my comments on Maelstrom much earlier. I don't care why he voted for DD. Know why? Because it's day one and it doesn't mean anything. Admittedly, this is starting to get us a lot of interesting information.

I'd just like to reiterate what I've said time and game again and no one listens (sometimes least of all me). 95% of the time, all the arguing is done by and about innocents. The mafia hide themselves in the noise, occasionally making inane or painfully obvious points (like "mafia are the bad guys" and "we should work together").

Just keep in mind what I said and everyone think on it carefully. Don't let OMGUS statements and such blind to the reality that almost everyone is innocent... for now.

As soon as I posted this I knew that I was going to have a problem, I posted it not knowing that he had posted it. I was on our local aquarium club website, had a couple thoughts about you mael, then came back to post it without refreshing.

c-Note please read posts 121 and 139 both you accussed dirty dawg of different things. Lie in post 139 you mentioned how he would never answer your question about maelstrom being scummy. My remark is what is the point c note? Why does andyone care if someone is scummy? I know alot of innocent people in life that are scummy as hell. This whole episode with you and dirty dawg I feel is an attenmpted distraction against the maelstrom inquisition. Both c-note and maelstrom are on my list for this reason.

Huh? Once again you need to go back and re-read. In post 139 I NEVER accused Dawg of not answering my question. You are obviously confusing me with maelstrom in post 140. Note: We are DIFFERENT people.

Please start quoting others' posts when you address them. Not only will it help you keep your own facts straight, it'll allow others to understand what you're talking about, and therefore not have to ask you to clarify.

ok, one post is sticking out like a sore thumb to me....

Unless Maelstrom is playing a really aggressive, strong mafia, then IMO, they are most likely innocent. There is almsot no way that a mafia would pull something that painfully obvious on day one. There's no need, there's no reason, and it's not LadyG, so we can rule out nuts.

However, that doesn't automatically clear DD though. I have no reason to say she is mafia, but a vote against her sure as heck doesn't make her innocent.

I can't help but think that these are 2 conflicting thoughts. This early in the game, in one statement, you say Mael is playing really aggressive... which I don't see except for the vote.... As versed as I am in these games, I know that if the mafia can pull a frog out of the hat and call it a rabbit, they certainly will. Mafia counts on people to believe "mafia would never be this way or that way".... I thought you were well versed in these games too and that is why I am surprised you made this statement.

and then you go on to imply that mafia are the best at twists.... and whether mael is mafia or not, the vote means nothing..... or that's what I got from this one...

Gunslinger says he has made the reason for voting me obvious but in reality the only reason he has is that he says I give no reason for my vote. I think its at least reasonably clear from the start on my part that I was not giving a reason for it. That said I don't call Gunslinger mafia at this stage.

Dirtydawg is somebody I am interested in for going quiet after a inconsistent coupleof comments following me voting for Dangerdoll and for being active in the game prior to going quiet. Also I think he ignored a direct question put to him as well.

Luckydud I am also thinking about for being the second vote on me not just for being second but for clearly wanting a vote to develop on me but only having the nuts the get on after someone else went first.

JohnL has basically made it almost impossible to read him by being so late in the game. This does make me consider him a candidate as does his fairly useless posts except for where he votes. His content is pretty poor as of now including misreading a post of mine and trying to hang something on it. This was a bit skimmy to me no I did not mean to type scummy.

Dangerdoll, Ogre, C-Note I do not have a read on. I need to think again on these and other players.

DD, I just don't understand why mael has avoided flat out saying if the vote was random or not. Which is why I keep asking. Every post is a little bit more but he/she has yet to say exactly why...I'm done with it now as they've admitted that they aren't going to give anyone an answer (which is a very anti-town thing to do IMO).

Well we'll never know with all due respect to you but I prefer just to let the record of the game speak for itself as its all there is to go on. Trying to rely on outside of the game stuff by the way on something of this kind is a little scummy to my mind not much but just a little. Also was the slightly vincidive aspect to the post. And also was that whatever thoughts you had were nothing you hadn't already hammered on about in other words "maelstrom didn't explain his vote boo hoo hoo". But its all good.
