Thats a lot of fans for that amount of lighting? especially if your putting the ballast on top like in your picture. Unless your using metal halide!

I figured it would be easier to install the fans and not use them instead of the opposite.

I would go with a mated pair of wild uatuma blue or wild manacaparu blue discus, then let them do their thing, sell the little ones to pay off the whole thing!!! Maybe give a bunch of them to the person with the idea!! lol
