Water changes on a planted tank?

Ok so I've seen differing approaches to this. The tank is 75 gallons fairly decent planted, see this thread for pics. The stock list is 1 - L255, 1 - L030, 1 - L066, and 1 clown plec unsure of number. 8 x (currently 2") striata loaches, 9 x 2" danios, 4 x 1" escondido and 4 x 1.5" meeki.
Dosing in no real routine with flourish and flourish excel.

I change 30% weekly in my simalarly planted 75. Even though nitrate never gets above 10.

i do 50% a week on my planted tanks

I dose my 10g with various Seachem ferts and change 20-30% weekly.
