I actually LOVE horror flicks -- the cheesier the better. My all time favorite -- the Nightmare on Elm Street series!

The aliens from the original War of the Worlds film (1953) was real creepy (and so is Tom Cruise from the remake and real life).

too many to count, im a sissy. and dont even get me started on the ones my self-conscious makes up for me, im too creative 
Me 3! I love horror stuff. I was a mod in the biggest Horror related guild on Gaia. But it eventually ended up being just the same 5 or 6 of us doing all the posting and we were just like, 'why bother?'

Impressive quoting -- did you see Freddie vs. Jason? A laugh a minute -- truly cheesy! I just saw - they're doing a remake of the original(?) that will be released next year.

Yeah, that doesn't do it for me. It looks tasty. The Signs ones creep me out probably because they're human shaped with alienish feautures. Scary monster looking ones don't bother me.
Old horror is the only way to go. Nowadays "horror" movies are just gross out flicks. Not scary at all.
Return of the Living Dead (1985) was great. I love when the paramedics show up and the zombies come out of nowhere and attack, then get on the radio and call for more paramedics.
And you can't forget the Evil Dead series, Ash is the man! "I've got some news for you, you ain't leading but two things right now. jack and s***, and jack just left town."
However, I feel the cheesiest horror move is Night of the Comet (1984)
