OMG! I actually found Honey Gouramis!!!

I'll try. They're so stinkin' fast! The female (I think the female) seems to be a little more skittish, and I can't really get a good pic of her. The male is a little more adventurous but not much. He seems to have a bit more color this morning too. I'd say he's about 0.75 inch while the other is about 1 inch. Ballpark, I'm not so good with measurements, lol.

How can you tell the gender by side shots? I just got 2 today. One has a stripe and the other doesn't. Was told the one with the stripe was a female. I really hope I got a m/f and not 2 males!

ohh there so cute, i've had honey gourami's for two years now, i bought mine when they where only 1/4 of an inch long and there almost 1 inch now lol there very pretty and social fish.i wish you the best of luck and hope you honeys are as happy as mine

Cute little guys. They have a lot of golden honeys at my LFS. I almost got them instead of my sparkling gouramis.

my female was paler in color with a brown later stripe, she was also larger than the male with a more rounded dorsal fin. The males are smaller, more brightly colored, and have a pointed dorsal fin
