Protect the polar bears from the oil dudes!

Keeping this thread open is inviting political debate.

I think that the oil should be drilled. There are already oil pipelines and drilling platforms in Alaska and no harm has come from it.
 
I think this drilling is ridiculous. Polar bears and penguins are WAAY more important than some boring old oil people hardly even need. And in my opinion I think it's VERY bad for the inviorment too.

Come on people if you are gonna complain at least learn what animals actually live in the area you are trying to protect... I bet those boring old people know that penquins are not in the Arctic because they actually have a brain that they use. Oh and checking your spelling would be nice. I wonder how many of the total sigs are forgien, becasue if you look at the list they are coming in from all over the world makes them invalid as they are not a voting member of the United States.

I say Drill away todays practices have little impact on the land, compared to 20 years ago.

I agree this thread is just waiting to be locked...:evil_lol: figured I would help it along.
 
What does it really matter. Online petitions are a joke anyways.
 
I wonder how many people actually DID research on the REAL detrimental possibilities to the animals, or if they just made the assumption that drilling = death to all animals, and signed it.
