arrgghh...

has anyone else ever had problems recieving orders from aquaticmagic? i placed my order March 5th, they charged me and I still haven't received the order! :silly:

Never had problems with them when it came to shipping times.. though I've only ordered from them twice.
 
Mine took around 3 weeks to come in, and the envelope had come from Singapore through customs. The plants didn't look so hot out of the package, but they all perked up within a couple weeks and are still doing great. I'd rather order from people here now that I know better, but overall it wasn't a bad experience...just slow waiting for the arrival and slow waiting for the plants to start looking good.
 
From what I have read they do take a long time to get theplants to you. I would suggest buying from members here, even if someone doesn't have what you are looking for they can probably get it if you let them know you are interested in something.
 
Yes, I ordered from them and did not get my order !! I am still waiting for a resolution. I was supposed to get Java moss and Pelia for my shrimp tank back on Feb16 and yes they got their money. I have e-mailed them several times , they are nice via email and have said they re-shipped but I still haven't received my merchandise.
I have received 3 orders I have placed from members on here after Feb 16th though without an issue so I do not believe them at all.
I am now waiting on a refund.
 
I bought a nano diffuser from them, that doesn't work for .... and it took forever to get here! When it did, it was in this little tiny plastic container with a little tape around it and a small label. I'm surprised I got it at all and that it didn't get lost. Now, when I look through anything fishy related on ebay, I turn on the "North America Only" option, so I don't even see their auctions. I wouldn't buy plants from overseas, anyway, personally.
 
I order from them all the time becuase there prices are so cheap.
Items or low light plants only.
