has anyone else had problems w/ aquaticmagic?

i ordered 2 anubias bateri eyes with free shipping. they came in about 12 business days, the plants were put inside 3 different ziplock bags and the middle ziplock bag was also wrapped with newspaper. they were all in good green color, as i was taking one of the rizhomes out a leaf fell off a stem because the bag seemed a bit small to fit 2 of these plants. one of the rhizomes had very long roots 3". but the other only has 1" of roots. i would order from them again. if i couldnt get what i needed locally.

In the past I have talked to them threw emails and got about 6 responses within a hour with the conversation we had.
Later in the future, I have always got my emails answered within a day.
This past week I have sent them 3 emails about my order being shipped out and I got no response...
The last email I sent was asking them why they where not responding to my emails and I didn't even get a response to that...

Yes. Ordered from them twice. The first time was about a year ago for Windelov ferns, which turned out fine. Just took a long time to get to me. The second time, I ordered some anubias. They looked like they would have been really nice, but they were in transit for at least 2 weeks and arrived frozen. They were completely dead. Though, I also accidentally left them overnight in freezing temps in the mailbox. BUT, that wouldn't have happened if they had notified me that they had shipped them as I would have been watching for them.

Was left with a bad taste in my mouth. If they were closer, they might have better success with shipping, but being in, what, Malaysia? they take forever and a day to get to the US.

I looked at my Paypal account today and have been chaarged $28, so I guess I'll at least get part of my order.
I don't know how they did it I didn't give them any payment info at all.
Scarey, don't think i'll use them again.

This isn't s "hate post". I honestly want to pay for and recieve the items I ordered.

YES, as a matter of fact at about 2 AM this morning.
I purchased three items. I was sent an invoice for two items.
Their website stated that I could pay with Paypal OR a major credit card.
I kept screwing around trying to pay with a credit card and somehow I entered
“I will pay later”
I emailed cust. svc. and explained that I hadn’t been invoiced for all three items and that I wanted to pay by a credit card.
I received an email from “Christine” asking for my Paypal email address.
It looked (s) like I’m going to cet a credit to my account. I haven’t paid yet.
I sent her my email address and explained that I haven’t paid them yet and this is the email that was sent back to me:

Quote “Thanks. Request has been send.

Let us know if any other help required.

Thank
Christine” End quote

It is obviously a language problem.
