well see how they grow in my tank. what did you have in your water? my rams started acting like they want to spawn. female is red bellied (odd in balloon types, but mine is almost scarlet on her belly) and FAT and the one male i have is dancing in front of her.

did you put an aphrodesiac in with your plants....

Muhahaha I gave up on having plants with cories...every other day I was re-planting something. :swear: The only plant left in with them is a sword that wasn't doing all that great in my shrimp tank I figure if they up-root it then it just wans't ment to be. Nice tank setup btw!

its not too bad. just every morning there are 2-3 stems that are floating. im hoping they will spawn all over everything. i have a trio of emeralds that always tease. they play and the males get all kinds of excited, and the female never lays. i also have a peppered cory mamma that is HUGE. its hilarious watching the plants shudder when the cories go through. its like watching tiny stampeding elephants in a tiny jungle

it's true, AC is the place for plants. and I hear that AC member's plants are algae proof too!

Funny thing about that, mg sent me some plants that were absolutely spotless and beautiful, but down in the bottom of the bag was one stray loose leaf that had the thickest green hair I've ever seen. I decided to call it a marimo leaf and put it in a special vase in my windowsill.
I'm still not sure where that came from.
