But really, I always add 1 table spoon maple bacon grease to my mashed potatoes before I mash em up, And fresh garlic while they are boiling, YUMMY, Sweet, smoky and loving....I OWN THE KITCHEN!!! (ask ch-47)

roast some garlic and put those in mashed potatoes :drool:

ooh, or instead of milk use sour cream and/or a dab of mayo

I love roasted garlic!!!! So smooth! I ust to put in sour cream (Husband is anti sour cream) The best, for fancy potatoes, CREAM CHEESE! OMG, the richest potatoes ever!
