Ummm.....looks like one of the 90+ different species of Hemidactylus.

Hemidactylus is a genus of the family of typical geckos, Gekkonidae. It is the second-most[verification needed] speciose genus in the family, with about 90 described species, newfound ones being described every few years.

Thought I would give this a try but no way am I going through 90 species of geckos and determining which one this is :D

Well, it's a good thing that it's not from that genus. The one it's from does not have three like I thought earlier; it has about 20.

I'll post a better picture when I get home.
 
See if you can find a pic of the whole gecko including the tail please. :)
 
As promised, here is the better picture. I didn't realise the entire tail wasn't visible on the other picture until after I posted it. This is a much better picture.
