Happy times. A real gem we found in Rockville (for those of you familiar with the Washington D.C. metro area). A contemporary ranch, all 1 story. Really great open floor plan. Pardon the pink tree vomit on the ground.

We are extremely excited. We'll be moving in on the 30th. :woot:
