Will these plants grow in 1 watt per gallon?

I'm still working on my 20 long, and I like a hood that only offers 20 watts. Will the following plants do fine with one watt per gallon? They will receive liquid supplements and be planted in black flourite sand.
Anubias coffeefolia
Anubias nana petite
Moss (Flame or Xmas)
Corkscrew Vallisneria
Cryptocoryne undulata
Cryptocoryne wendtii
Marimo Ball
Java Fern
Tropica Sword
Bolbitis Fern

I see no glaring problems with the list but I am unsure about the mosses and the sword.

I was looking into getting this same light a few weeks back. Hellolights sells it for cheaper, and there's also a 5% off coupon lying around somewhere... not that 5% is much, but still.
