now we have a possible switch. So right now there is only one, possibly two, outside chance of 3 innocents left I could vote for. Most likely only one bad choice I could make. Who would change sides when they are winning?

Who should I take out at nightfall?
I am thinking either Wing or Kashta. While they both had me fooled pretty good I am certain they are both evil. I am guessing that they are the last two communicating mafia. I had mentioned DD, but she has voted for The Zigman.
I sure wish we could have gotten some help before nightfall.

Look at this, TRS. Here you can see what I was saying (and which johnlarson has avoided answering you about). Going back through this thread shows us a lot.
No one else but johnlarson made such definitive statements right out the gate. None of us knew anything about each other, yet. Heck, at that point, several people hadn't even posted yet in the thread. But johnlarson knew enough to figure out one person's assigned role.... TRS. That's what was on his mind when we started so that's what he posted about.
As I understood it, the assigned roles had all been randomly generated. So as the game had just kicked off moments before, something somewhere had to be adjusted for RBishop to bring in one extra player (namely TRS).
Then johnlarson posted this next statement and it puzzled me then. I wondered... what in the world does THAT mean?
Yes he was sure. We know that now but we couldn't tell back then. He was very sure about one thing nobody else could know from the very start of this game........and he was deliberately vague about it because he couldn't just come out and admit that he knows something about TRS. Even so..... Johnlarson STILL couldn't resist hinting about it.
Here's where I questioned John for knowing "so surely" that TRS wasn't on either communicating team. As I asked this first question, I also wondered about the second question I was going to ask him next (what did JL mean when he said he was sure TRS is special).
Right away, John turned this back on me to say I was too inquisitive. Even as a beginner, we're SUPPOSED to be inquisitive. But that was all it took to change the direction of everything and I dropped it. I didn't come back after that to ask him my second question.
I wasn't going after anything. I'd asked an innocent question about a curious way he had of phrasing things. It didn't make any sense at the time.... but it does now.
Now back to our current time again... I've laid out the whole explanation for you TRS as I realized what johnlarson had to be doing. You asked me to explain what I was talking about, so I did. You've also asked johnlarson to explain it himself.... which he has refused to do.
You didn't get an answer TRS. We're both still waiting for JL to explain this.... but he's avoiding the question.
