Ich treatment: How hot is too hot?

I'm treating my Brochis for Ich, and have two Ottos, and two ADFs.
What is the high end that is safe for everyone? Also one brigs and some baby ramshorns.

86 degrees and turn on all airpumps. Separate all the brigs and a few ramshorns.

Oh darn! I forgot the frogs. I'd separate them as well, Melody. They aren't prone to ich.
