rainbow fish with neon tetras?

can i keep neon tetras with boesenani rainbowfish?

I do, haven't had issues although they were all young when I started....I wouldn't add those little 1/4-1/2" baby neons in with them now that the rainbows are mostly adults. If you have or can get adult neons, (around an inch) or the Boesemani's are still really small I'd say go for it.

thanks, guess its safe to say it will work
i dont have either yet, tank isnt set up, im planning my inhabitants tho
so i will try adding the neons first, and then add the rainbows later on

Just watch out once the rainbows get bigger...

you'd probably be better off with something like rummynoses or glolite tetras
