OMG my mom.

they got it at a local festival. there was a guy selling them. and an outdoor thing would be nice but usually i find alot of empty turtle shells from the fire ants. my friend is temporarily housing them in a 20g L. when they get bigger he is planning on making a big outdoor thing for them. ill get a pic later.

i really dont see much of a difference. but than again i really dont know anything about turtles.

they got me this because they knew i wanted a reptile. but i wanted a lizard. not a turtle.

Fire ants can take down a turtle?

Hey where are you in relation to Houston, I might be able to pick him up and put him in my pond to replace my RES that died a while back..

That "Brazilian turtle" appears to be a misidentified RES to me, but I've been wrong about turtle IDs before.

I'm 99.9% sure its a RES.

WAIT!!! im a genious! ive been wanting to build a koi pond. now i have an excuse to dig one!

It is an RES, there is no such thing as a "Brazillian Turtle" other than the snake necks that I listed, as far as I can tell.
