Found an awesome DIY aquarium site

does it justify a link in the DIY sticky?
anyone tried any of the projects? if so how did it go?
 
I did their CFL lighting mod, worked great!

I actually doubled theirs- 2 sets of 2 20 watt bulbs, and still did it for $25! My hood doesn't lie completely flat because of the cords, I'll probably cut out gaps at some point, but so far it's working really well.

Ah, that is a good point, I'll have to take that into consideration.
 
I'm going to keep a tab of what works and what doesn't lol
so far so good

next on my list...the brine shrimp hatchery lol
